The Payer-to-Payer Data Exchange API is conformant to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule (CMS-9115-F). Payers may retrieve enrollee's previous health plan information, if Florida Blue maintains such data and subject to a live payer-to-payer connection, at the direction of the enrollee or enrollee's personal representative.
